Hanging around in the heat with the temptation of a nearby stall selling chips & mayonaise seemed a good way to kill time before the Diss game, but our structured approach deserted us and we lost by 2 trys scored through Horsham mistakes.
It was a frustrating end to our tournament but our efforts the previous day took its toll & our play was a bit fragmented against a very organised Diss side who punished any weakness in our play.
During the evening we had our Tour Presentations compered by our fantastic Head Coach - Tony Jones.
This picked up our spirits & a good time was had by all before the boys went off to play some pool.
The boys were well behaved & represented their club with pride over the weekend.
We had yet another successful tour both on & off the pitch - where to next year?

Diss U15 are the current Norfolk County Champions & posted the following match report on their website -
Diss 14 : Horsham 0
This was a bit more like it from Diss, against a large and competitive Horsham. Good forward play and excellent defence repelled repeated attacks and the boys seemed much hungrier for the ball than they were in the first match. Hegarty scored twice, both converted by Leeder. There followed a long wait while the judges worked out which of the original teams were to play for first and second place and which were to play for third and fourth, using a points scored / conceded system.
