With Hammersmth & Fulham only able to field 12 players, 3 Horsham players were loaned to the opposition which enabled all the Horsham squad to get a full game.
Horsham got off to a good start scoring 3 trys in quick succession.
Wanting to keep the game as competitive as possible Horsham switched players loaned to the opposition which made a more even second half.
Aaron Bulman, James Purbrick, Harrison Gould & Rasmus Madum were the better Horsham players while playing for the Hammersmith & Fulham!
Aaron scored a try, James was desperate to score against his teammates & despite a couple of great runs and one fantastic kick and chase, he was denied on the line & failed to score. Harrison made some driving runs and Ras made a number of try saving tackles.
Ben Murphy scored a hat trick of trys, John Matthews ran half the length of the pitch to score despite being chased by Ras making a despairing tackle over the line.
James Purbrick scored for Horsham, Ryan Maguire converted twice, Lewis Wilson scored a typical wingers try & Alex Harry darted over the line running down the blind side from the base of a scrum.
Sam Minto & Craig Dent also nicked a try each, however, the Hammersmith players scored one well deserved try & converted twice making the final score 22-51.
An enjoyable game as we build towards the end of the season.
