To support the continued growth of the Club Horsham Rugby Club has created a new position, and is now recruiting, for a Community Outreach Officer.

Role: The Community Outreach Officer (COO) will be responsible for the ownership and delivery of the Clubs Community Pillar, as part of the HRUFC Strategy Document.

Key Duties;
• Schedule/design and arrange the School/College outreach programme
• Deliver the content of the School/College outreach programme
• Increase the engagement with local charities, businesses and wider community
• Liaise with the Council Sports programmes to raise the profile of the club in schools.
• Deliver a minimum volume of new M&J memberships across a diverse population
Salary: £16,000 base salary

Hours: Nominally 16 hours per week, although there may be times where this may be exceeded.

Due to the nature of this role, we will request an enhanced DBS check prior to employment commencing, and there is an expectation of Minimum Level 2 coaching requirement and continued CPD.
