We are delighted to announce the menu for our 'Evening with Brian Moore' on Friday 16th May, prepared and cooked for us by the fantastic Mark Evans Man With A Pan, who is incredibly experienced in catering from parties, weddings and corporate events so will please even the most discerning palates!

Starters
Plate of Scottish smoked salmon with creme fraiche, capers, shallots, and toasted brioche
Breaded brie wedge with port and cranberry sauce and toasted garlic and herb crostini
Mains
Grilled corn-fed chicken breast, served with boulangere potatoes, butternut squash puree, chestnut mushrooms, sage oil, and red wine jus
Grilled cauliflower steak, topped with herb Cheddar rarebit, grilled courgettes, buttered carrots, and roasted baby potatoes with rosemary
Desserts
Lemon posset with Summer berries and shortbread
Banoffee nothing pie topped with mascarpone cream and thick caramel
