With a fantastic record over recent seasons the pressure is on to continue in the same way but a strong group of players have worked hard in pre season and are ready and raring to go.

The Colts Captaincy at any club is an honour to hold. This years Captain will be Fraser Russell who has stood out in pre season with his attitude and work ethic in a squad that included many strong candidates.

Fraser had this to say:

"To me being captain is about being a leader and someone that represents and looks after the squad. I try to lead by example and communicate between the squad and coaches. I’m extremely proud to captain this squad and hope to have another successful season going forward."
