Tom Hamblet has progressed to the final 8 of the Rotary Club Young Chef of the Year 2014 having recently won the regional competition.
There were originally 3,000 entrants and Tom cooked a meal of scallpos, duck and honey cake get through to the National Chef Finals in Dundee.
Lets hope Tom can repeat the success of the Sussex League 2 Champions and add Young Chef of the Year to his trophy cabinet!
