Our club runs on volunteers
Horsham Rugby Club is run by volunteers. On the pitch and off it, almost everything that happens at Coolhurst happens because someone has chosen to give their time.
The coach running Sunday morning training, the team manager organising an away fixture, the person behind the bar, the faces setting up on match day and the committee keeping the lights on – they're all doing it for the love of the game, and they all make the club what it is. Without them, there is no club.

Shape the future of your club
Volunteering here isn't just about helping out. The people who give their time are the people who drive decisions at this club. Get involved and you'll have a real say in where Horsham Rugby goes next – helping set its direction and build the club you want to be part of for years to come.
