We started slowly retaining much of the posession and with positive intent, looking strong. However we rushed our passing, lost focus and split too much ball both in the tackle and the ruck in the 1st half. This allowed the opposition to move the ball wide (often from their own 22 after our attack) and take advantage of their quick wingers running the lines with us out of position. So we left the first half confident of what needed to be done but 10-7 down.
Good team talk, positive attitude and we hit the second half to simply do the basics - and do it we did. No more lose ball, great attack and continued pressure and we went over ...five times with three conversions. Great team effort showing depth of squad across the board pativularly happy with the boys willingness to take on new positions as we juggled both the pack and the backs for the benefit of the team.
