The Annual General Meeting this year will be held on Thursday 23rd May at HRUFC at 7:30 pm. You are most welcome to attend.

Any nominations for Officers of the Club – to reach me 1 week before the meeting
Any nominations for the Management Committee Members – to reach me 1 week before the meeting
Any proposals for additions or alterations to the Club rules or any other motions – to reach me 2 weeks before the meeting
