MINI & JUNIOR REGISTRATION
All Mini and Junior players are required to be registered to Horsham RUFC by the RFU, using the RFU Young Player Registration Form, detailed below. (RFU Young Player Registration Form)
If players are already registered with the RFU they do not need to re-register at the start of the new season. Only players who have not previously registered with the RFU need to complete the form.
Players or parents/guardians should contact the membership secretary at email@example.com if they have any queries about the form, or if you are not sure whether the player is already registered. Any errors in the form could result in the registration not being processed and that player not being eligible to play.
Allow two calendar weeks from submission of the form for the registration process to be completed. To be clear, if an unregistered player wishes to be available for selection for a game on Sunday 2rd September then the form must be submitted by Friday 17th August at the latest.

In addition to RFU Player Registration, Mini & Junior players and parents are also required to register directly with Horsham RUFC as Club Members and pay an annual membership fee, all membership forms are electronic and can be found under payments on the Horsham RUFC website home page. The club offers a range of membership options detailed below.
All Members benefit from:
Voting rights for one adult member at AGM / EGM
Use of the club's facilities, subject to current licensing laws
Member's discount schemes, arranged from time to time
Access to International ticket applications
1 Child Membership
Entitles one parent/guardian and one Mini & Junior player to benefit from the above.
Single annual payment of £110 or 12 month Direct Debit £11 per month
2 Child Membership
Entitles one parent/guardian and two Mini & Junior players to benefit from the above.
Single annual payment of £160 or 12 month Direct Debit £15 per month
Additional Child Membership
Entitles one additional child Mini & Junior player to benefit from the above.
Single annual payment of £50 or 12 month Direct Debit £5 per month

IMPORTANT: all players, old and new, must complete a membership form for the new season.

IMPORTANT INSURANCE AND SUPERVISION INFORMATION
The club provides the minimal RFU approved insurance policy in place for players. It covers only death & disability. It does NOT cover medical expenses or loss of earnings and players are strongly advised to purchase their own insurance for these risks.
Players cannot play in matches if they have not paid, as they are not registered and insured. Parents are required to ensure that the Coach knows who is responsible for their child whilst at the ground. U6 parents are required to be at the club during training. U7 and U8 parents are required to be at the club during training and home matches, and are to accompany players to away matches. These are conditions of membership.
Details supplied by you will be entered onto a computerised database. The information on the database is not made available to anyone except the officers of HRUFC.

Your email address will be placed on the members mailing list. You are free to unsubscribe, but we would strongly recommend that you do not do this as this is the primary way we keep you up to date with news and information.
