Horsham Barbarians accomplished their sixth win in a row on Saturday. Back in November the idea that this would happen was beyond preposterous, having just cried off their third game and sitting at the bottom of the league on -7pts.
Thanks to the efforts of everyone involved with the team we've now risen to the lofty heights of 9th on 41pts and survival in this league. Great effort guys, with a tricky away match at Littlehampton next week probably being our last game due to Shoreham's unfortunate predicament I think we can be rightfully proud of this fantastic turnaround.
A 66-5 victory at home in only our second home fixture in 2015 because of the earlier seasons cancellations was superb to find out about. Unfortunately I did hear of a nasty injury to one of the Worthing players and on behalf of Horsham send him our regards.
Lets get another week of good availabilities to probably our last match of the season. We will hopefully be dishing out our '10' shirts this week and it would be great to do this on a win.
