AKB Contractors Sponsor Fitness Equipment

With the new coaching team keen to improve all aspects of player development Fitness Sessions will be run during the summer months.

This involves training with Boxing Gloves & Pads to improve upper body strength and using skipping ropes to increase stamina levels.

Head Coach Tony Jones commented "The generous sponsorship from AKB Contractors has meant we can provide varied training sessions using new equipment to develop the boys upper body strength and fitness levels. This will complement their rugby skills and with the games becoming more physical as they move up to U15 rugby we can hit the ground running at the start of next season"
