It’s inviting Rugby and sports fans from across the town and the district to come to the club to watch the opening ceremony and England’s first match: and then stay for a great camp and sleepover.

The club itself will have two big screens and big sound experience for the ultimate match atmosphere.

The gates open to people wanting to pitch their tents at 4pm. At 5.30pm the Opening Ceremony begins.

Dinner will be served around 7pm and then settle back to watch England begin their world cup campaign at 8pm.

Everyone will be treated to an evening meal and a full English breakfast in the morning.

There’ll be lots more than just Rugby including Competitions for young and old:

  • the crossbar challenge
  • the longest pass
  • the energiser and welly wanging.

There’ll be prizes for winners and losers and a huge amount of fun. The rugby pitches will be open the whole time to youngsters to play in a safe environment, For younger children there’ll be a cartoon room – and the bar will also be open until very late for mums and dads to relax and enjoy this great event.
