We take up to 26 children between the ages of 2 ½ and 5 years old. We are open every weekday morning for 37 weeks of the year (three terms per academic year) and some afternoons.
Our playgroup is held at the rugby club in Horsham in the lovely bright clubhouse. We have direct access to a large outside play area and local woodland. We actively promote free flow play in both the inside and outside play areas. We regularly take the children into the woods so that they learn about the natural environment through planned activities and play. Many of our activities are influenced by the Forest School approach, we are creating a wildlife area in our outside area and encourage the children to grow plants and learn about the living landscape.
Our opening times are Monday – Friday 9.15am – 12.15pm lunch club is from 12.15 – 1.15pm, our longer sessions are Mondays and Thursdays 9.15 – 2.45pm.
