Horsham Rugby Club is developing a new changing room block to enhance the existing facilities. The new block will provide more spacious and lockable changing areas.

A proposal for a six changing room block development was granted in June 2015. However, only 4 of the rooms will be constructed, initially. The internal floor area is 222m2. (4 rooms.)

The current design is based on a traditional form of construction; strip foundations and load bearing masonry. It also includes a sewage treatment plant.

The scheme will be paid for through a combination of grants and fund raising by Club members.

We are currently inviting qualified building contractors to complete a Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), prior to issuing ‘Invitations to Tender’ to the selected Companies.
