The Horsham District Council Licensing Officer has brought to our attention that if we propose to "televise rugby events of national interest" before 10:00, we are required to give both the Police and Council Licensing Officers ten days notice. Although this is in the small print of our licence, none of us were aware of this condition.

I am meeting the Council Licensing Officer, with John O'Sullivan, on Monday to arrange for our licence to be amended to prevent a repeat in future years.
