Ten brave lads from Horsham set out under darks skies and heavy rain and ended up having a blast in the sun.
Firstly a big thank you to our hosts on the day East Grinstead who were the typically friendly and welcoming bunch we've come to expect. They kept the boys well entertained with loads of enthusiasm and some great games.
The day ended up being split up into warm up, skills, some mixed games then EG picked seven of their better players to give the boys a test.
It was a good match with some strong running and tagging skills evident on both teams, I didn't keep score but think the performance of the team bodes very well for future festivals.
As we had ten players we needed to rotate them and I must say I was very impressed with the grown up way they delt with it as you can see how hungry they are to play.

The Horsham boys did their club proud by joining in with plenty of gusto, and fair play to both boys and parents for braving the elements in order to attend.
